The following dental services are provided at ALL locations:    Routine Dental Exams    Cleanings Fluoride Varnishes    Sealants    X-rays    Fillings    Oral surgery & extractions (with some exceptions)    Limited Root Canals    Crowns    Bridges    Partials & Complete dentures    Pediatric Dental CareAges treated: All ages are welcome.Myrtle Hilliard Davis offers a sliding fee program to help reduce barriers to access to healthcare services for patients. The sliding fee scale applies to patients without health insurance who also do not qualify for Medicaid. Thesliding fee scale is based on household size and the poverty guidelines. Work Hour   Monday-Friday: 8am – 5pm Monday: 7am – 5pm Saturday: Closed Sunday: Closed
